Charlie is a Florida native, born and raised in St. Johns County and a graduate of Nease High School.  He graduated from the University of Florida School of Forestry with a Degree in Natural Resource Conservation and a focus on game management.  Upon graduation he pivoted and joined the Gainesville Police Department.  He served the Gainesville community for over 20 years before retiring in 2023 as a Lieutenant.  He has always been an avid outdoorsman and that led him to venture into land investing and focusing on rural properties in his initial foray into real estate.  He has now teamed up with Angela Stewart and Stewart Realty and Management to share his passion in real estate.  

During his time in the Gainesville region, he has lived in Gainesville, Hawthorne,  and several locations in and around High Springs; so he understands the north central Florida market well.  He currently resides outside of High Springs with his wife, Katie, and son, Charlie.

His real estate investments have included timber producing properties in S. Carolina; rural land flips in Florida, Georgia, Montana, and Wyoming; a multi family property in Florida; a commercial property in Illinois; and Short Term Rental properties in Georgia and Kentucky.
